Course Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by the Trainee
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the below details:
    • Full name
    • Course name and course reference (if available)
    • Start and end dates
    • Payment reference
    • Reason for cancellation
  • Refunds will only be processed after the validation and confirmation by the Etihad Engineering Technical Training (EYETT) administration.
  • Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
  • Refunds will may take up to 30 working days to reflect in your account.
  • Refund amount will be subject to the date of the request, as per Table 1:

Date of the request received until the start date of the training Percentage (%) refund amount from the original course fee
More than 30 days 100%
15 to 30 days 50%
14 days or less 0%

2. No-Show Policy

Any Trainee who does not attend the course without prior approval from EYETT will be considered a "No Show" and no refund will be granted.


3. Cancellation by Etihad Engineering Technical Training
  • Etihad Engineering reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course.
  • In such cases, students will be notified and will have the ability to choose from one of the below options:
    • A full refund, or
    • To transfer to another scheduled session of the same course
